We will begin the process by creating a Comparative Sales Analysis, or CMA. A CMA will help you determine the asking price for your home. We look at properties in your area, and determine what a competivite price for your home will be. Also, we will pull out a calendar and look at the time frame in which you want the sale of your home to take place. Price and time on the market are two halves of the equation, and it is crucial to understand how these two key factors work hand in hand.
Can you sell your home yourself? Of course you can! But your home is probably one of your larger investments and having the sale handled professionally has multilple benefits. Most people find that the sale of a home will require the services of either a Realtor or an attorney, but few attorneys will market and show your home as well as deal with lenders and buyers agents along with their closing services.
